 8 hours sleep is necessary. So try to take rest for 8 hours minimum.  In our life we are not able to do exercises and the most frequently issue arrives is to wake up early. But still I have a solution for all just wake up as and follow the daily routine as you the slight change is that you should do is streching of our body like side ways strech Or you can include jumps.
